TERMS OF SERVICE

Last updated: July 17, 2026

These terms apply to detailing services provided by Six Six Detailing, LLC (“Six Six Detailing,” “we,” “us”). By booking a service with us, you agree to them. We may update these terms from time to time; the “Last updated” date above reflects the current version.

Estimates & pricing

The instant estimate is a starting quote based on the information you provide. Final pricing is confirmed after we see the vehicle in person — condition, size, and extras like heavy pet hair or stubborn stains can affect the price. We’ll always confirm the price with you before we start work.

Our 100% Happiness Promise

If you’re not happy with your detail, tell us within 48 hours and we’ll come back and make it right at no additional charge. If we’re unable to correct the issue, we’ll refund the amount you paid for that service. This promise covers the quality of our work — it does not cover normal wear, new dirt from driving, or the pre-existing conditions listed below.

Scheduling, cancellations & rescheduling

We ask for at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Cancellations or reschedules made with less than 24 hours’ notice are subject to a fee of 50% of the service total, which covers the time and travel we reserved for you.

Mobile appointments depend on weather and safe working conditions. If weather requires us to reschedule, we’ll find a new time with you at no charge.

Mobile & drop-off service

For mobile service, we bring our own water and power — we just need a safe place to park beside the vehicle. Drop-off service is available at a location we’ll confirm with you, and drop-off pricing is lower than mobile.

If you drop a vehicle off with us, please leave only the key needed for the service and remove valuables beforehand. Your own auto insurance remains primary while the vehicle is in our care, and our responsibility for a vehicle left with us is subject to the limitation of liability below.

What we’re not responsible for

Detailing improves a vehicle’s condition, but it can’t undo pre-existing damage. We are not responsible for:

  • Pre-existing damage, wear, scratches, chips, oxidation, or failing clear coat
  • Damage from prior aftermarket products or previous work done by others
  • Personal items left in the vehicle — please remove valuables before your appointment
  • Mechanical, electrical, or cosmetic issues not caused by our work

Results depend on the vehicle’s starting condition. We’ll always give you an honest assessment of what a detail can and can’t achieve for your vehicle.

Limitation of liability

If we are found responsible for damage caused by our work, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service, or the reasonable cost to repair the affected area, whichever is less. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as loss of use or claims of diminished value.

Right to refuse or stop service

We may decline or stop a service for reasons including unsafe conditions, biohazards or severe undisclosed contamination, or abusive behavior. If we stop a service already underway for these reasons, you’ll be billed for the work completed.

Photos

We may photograph vehicles before, during, and after service and use those images to show our work, with license plates and personal information excluded or obscured. Just let us know at your appointment if you’d prefer we not photograph your vehicle.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, and any dispute will be handled in the state or county courts located in Lake County, Ohio.

Payment

Payment is due upon completion of the service unless we’ve arranged otherwise in advance.
